The very first time you use Internet Explorer, you need a little setup. When you click on Camera, there is a popular small Plug-in called ActiveX needs to be added to your Internet Explorer (I.E.). However, usually I.E. blocks any ActiveX addition. Follow these instructions to add this ActiveX. You need to do this only once and it should take only one minute:

When you click on Camera, most probably you see the Popup like this. If not, you are all set, if yes follow below instructions.

1) Go to "Tools" and select Internet "Options"

2) Then Under "Security" Tab click on "Custom Level"

3) Scroll to the middle, under "Download unsigned ActiveX controls", select "Prompt" and then click "Ok"

5) Keep clicking on "Ok" till you are back to the main page. Next click on the "protect bar" and select "Install ActiveX Control"

6) Click on "Install" and wait for a few seconds till you get "done" on the very bottom of the I.E. page.

7) Now you can enter your Login/Password to see your pet.
